Mr. Sam Waldrip
My name is Sam Waldrip, and I serve as a Special Education Case Manager and Instructional Liaison at Lampasas High School. With over 20 years of experience in education, I am committed to supporting all students in reaching their full potential, both academically and personally. I believe in setting high expectations, fostering strong relationships, and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student feels seen, heard, and supported.
Outside of school, I’ve been blessed with a wonderful family. My wife Renee and I have been married for 26 years, and we have three sons. Hayden, a 2021 graduate of Lampasas High School, is now a teacher and coach at Abilene Wylie ISD. Landry is in 8th grade, and Mason is in 7th. When we’re not cheering on our boys or involved in school events, you can usually find us on the golf course. I’m also a passionate Alabama Crimson Tide fan — ROLL TIDE!
